Bedrooms: 2 Upstairs the cottage has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom plus a shower room. The double room has a quaint window set into the stone gable wall as well as a velux window for plenty of light. Both bedrooms have a lovely rural view over the fields.

Bathrooms: 1 Shower only Furnishing: Fully furnished and equipped to a high standard. Ready to move into.
Accommodation: Downstairs the accommodation is open plan; at one side there is a comfortable lounge with sofa and easy chairs around a log burning stove in an inglenook fireplace. Plenty of room for a central dining area and the large dining table is hand made from oak harvested on the estate. There is a fully equipped kitchen at the other side with ample storage and cupboards. A quarter turn staircase leads to the first floor with 2 bedrooms and shower room. Downstairs the floor is tiled for easy cleaning. Upstairs laminate flooring which again is easy to keep clean.

Interior style: The cottage is approx 150 years old which has been restored and renovated to a high standard. The walls are painted white but retain the stone aspect and texture.

Outbuildings: Storage may be available by negotiation.
Services: DVD; Free unlimited internet access via wi-fi included. Satellite english TV.

Kitchen: Oven; Hob; Microwave; Fridge; Freezer; Coffee maker; Full size freestanding electric cooker. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the crockery, pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, etc required. Stainless steel sink.

Garden: The cottage has it's own private lawned garden to the rear with a door from the lounge directly into the garden. Plus you have freedom to wander and roam the 50 acres of fields, tracks and woodland which make up the estate.

Laundry facilities: Washing machine; Tumble dryer; The washing facilities are in a separate laundry room. Iron and ironing board also included. Outside washing line.

Heating: Electric heaters throughout plus woodburning stove for atmosphere and to supplement the electric heating.
